This is a personal technology blog. It is deliberately simple: there are no accounts, no comments, no contact form, no newsletter, and no analytics or tracking of any kind. Reading a page here does not create a profile of you, and nothing you do on the site is sold or shared for marketing.

Information the site handles

The only personal data the site itself touches is the standard request information that every web server records to operate and stay secure: your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and your browser’s user-agent string. These server logs are kept briefly, used only to run the site and investigate abuse or errors, and are not linked to your identity or used to track you across the web. No cookies are set by the site itself.

Advertising

This site may display advertising served by Google. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this and other sites on the internet. Because this site keeps no accounts and only transient server logs, in practice there is little to request — but you are welcome to ask.
